Links2go originally started in 1994 as one of the first online directories. In 1999, the directory made history building the world's largest topical directory. By 2002, the former owners had to close the directory due to cost. In 2004, GoGuides LLC. purchased the domain names and tested a new PPC Search Engine for a short period of time.

With thousands of links still pointing to Links2go and with heavy daily traffic we have decided to return Links2go to its roots -- a directory, but with a twist. Links2go is now a tagged directory! Our hope is to build a highly relevant directory refined by topics and tags.

Please be patient with us as the directory is still very young. We are currently in the early stages of building the directory structure and adding listings so we have a very long road ahead of us.
